02 Renovation & Cabinetry Design
Kitchens, baths, pantries, offices, and built-ins. We develop the design intent and the details, so your contractor and cabinet maker are building from one clear set of decisions.

03 Furnishing & Styling
When the architecture is right and the rooms need the right things in them. A complete plan for furniture, rugs, lighting, drapery, art and accessories, with ordering handled for you.

04 Virtual Design
The BTP process, delivered remotely. You share photos, measurements and a questionnaire; we return a complete design you can implement at your own pace, anywhere in the country.

Full-service and renovation projects are quoted as a flat design fee based on scope, shared in writing after the discovery call. Furnishing and virtual design are priced per room. There is never a surprise invoice.

No. Some of our favorite projects are a single room done beautifully. We will be honest in the discovery call about which service fits your scope and budget.

In person across Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Windermere and the greater Central Florida area, with select projects in South Florida. Virtual design is available anywhere in the United States.

Absolutely. We begin every plan with what you have and love, then build around it.

A virtual design is typically delivered in two to three weeks. Furnishing projects run eight to sixteen weeks depending on lead times. Renovations follow the construction schedule, which we help you plan.
